Acting for the Building Owner, six parties with a party wall interest were identified to either side of this Victorian house development into three flats. After serving Notices, three separate surveyors were appointed representing the Adjoining Owners.
Negotiations resulted in agreed Party Wall Awards being published that included the party wall parapet, roof and chimney design details, and each party’s rights and responsibilities. Consequently the project proceeded to successful completion for all parties.
